Job Summary:

The Quality & Operations Compliance Analyst is responsible for conducting internal audits and ensuring end-to-end process compliance across all departments — including Sales, Marketing, Training & Academics, and Placements. The role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, minimizing financial leakages, optimizing SOPs, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and accountability.

This position plays a key role in delivering structured audit findings and reports to the management and collaborating with departmental heads to drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Functional Auditing & Compliance

· Conduct periodic audits of department workflows including Sales, Marketing, Training & Academics, and Placements.

· Validate compliance with internal SOPs, partner agreements, and reporting frameworks.

· Check for process gaps, data mismatches, or non-compliance that may result in revenue or operational losses.

· Audit CRM, LMS, and MIS systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.

2. Process Optimization

· Collaborate with department heads to review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Identify redundant or inefficient steps in workflows and recommend process improvements.

· Support creation and revision of policies for better inter-departmental coordination and accountability.

3. Audit Reporting & Management Communication

· Compile findings into structured audit reports with observations, impact analysis, and recommendations.

· Present audit outcomes to senior management, highlighting potential risks and improvement areas.

· Maintain a repository of audit checklists, CAPA trackers, and historical audit data for future references.

4. Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) Implementation

· Collaborate with departments to ensure timely closure of CAPAs based on audit findings.

· Monitor progress and effectiveness of implemented actions; escalate unresolved issues where necessary.

· Ensure learnings from audits are institutionalized to prevent recurrence.

5. Sales, Marketing, Training & Placements Compliance

· Verify lead tracking, conversion funnel data, campaign results, and marketing reporting accuracy.

· Validate placement records, including offer letters, employment verification, student feedback, and employer data.

· Audit training effectiveness, attendance records, session feedback, and student engagement data.

6. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

· Analyze patterns across audits to detect emerging risks or repeat issues.

· Recommend internal controls or process adjustments to mitigate those risks.

· Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with institutional goals.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education Management, or related field.

Certifications in Internal Auditing, ISO 9001, or QMS preferred.

Experience:

4–5 years of experience in internal auditing, process compliance, or quality operations, preferably in education, training institutes, or corporate partnerships.

Experience in auditing sales funnels, marketing campaigns, academic delivery, and placement functions is strongly preferred.

Key Skills:

· Audit methodology, process mapping, and SOP evaluation

· Strong data analysis and report writing skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM/LMS platforms, and audit tracking tools

· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

· Integrity, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred:

· Exposure to ISO 9001, NAAC/NBA, or education sector accreditation standards

· Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

· Experience in working with training institutes / universities or corporate training collaborations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
