Job Description Summary:

Krish Toyota is seeking dynamic and ambitious Management Trainees to join our showroom team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about automobiles and eager to build a career in marketing and sales. As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to understand Toyotas product line, engage with customers, and drive sales performance while upholding the brands reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities / KRA:

  • Promote and sell Toyota vehicles to walk-in and online customers
  • Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and showroom events
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with potential buyers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota models, features, pricing, and financing options
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Track leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales
  • Support digital marketing efforts including social media engagement and lead generation
  • Prepare daily sales reports and contribute to monthly performance reviews
  • Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience
