Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Graduate Engineer Trainee - Retail & Online, located on-site in Coimbatore. The Trainee will assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail and online departments, support product research and development, assist with inventory management, and contribute to enhancing customer experience. Duties will include data analysis, participating in strategy meetings, and assisting in developing new processes and technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct and assist in Product Research and Development
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Inventory Management
  • Strong understanding of Retail Operations and Online Marketplaces
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
