Office Administrator

Xplora Getaways Private Limited, we are a growing travel and tour company passionate about creating memorable journeys for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our operations, manage customer leads and ensure smooth office management. If you have a passion for travel and tourism and want to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update and track leads in the company CRM system.
- Monitor the status of leads and assist the operations and sales team with follow-ups.
- Convert raw tour package content into well-written, professional customer-ready material/itinerary in MS Office.
- Collect and organize travel information from various sources into MS Word documents with proper formatting.
- Communicate with suppliers, service providers and customers for bookings, quotations and inquiries.
- Provide basic support with financial data entry (invoices, receipts, and expense logs).
- Assist in preparing simple reports and maintaining financial records.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, supplies, and administrative tasks.
- Support the management team with operational tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior administrative experience preferred, ideally in the travel or service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity/aptitude to learn the web based CRM systems and other booking websites.
- Strong documention and formatting skills.
- Enthusiasm for the travel and tourism industry.
