Job description:
We are seeking a Office Administrator / Business Development Manager to oversee our office operations and drive business strategies. This role requires a proactive leader who can handle administration, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base.
- Act as the primary point of customers
- Oversee Inventory, Sales and Operations
- Prepare business reports, Sales reports
- Lead and support internal teams to achieve operational and business targets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, operations, or business development.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set strategies, manage multiple tasks, and handle client expectations.
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years in administration / business development / operations
Mandatory: Candidates must be currently located in Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
