Role: Production Support(SQL, VB) with Capital Markets exposure is required, Exp or Knowledge

Exp: 3 to 7 yrs, Dont share more than 7 years

Location: Gurgaon - Hybrid 3 Days in a Week WFO

Immediate Joiners Only

Shift timings : India shift (07:30 to 16:30 IST) however should be open for UK shift too

Note: Candidates should be under contract employee with Publicis Sapient

Note: One F2F round of interview is Mandatory at any Publicis Sapient office

Note - Capital Markets, trade lifecycle, different asset classes exposure is required, Exp or Knowledge, Please only share those profiles who have exposure.

JD:

Should have worked in Prod support at L2 level, supporting business users directly.

Hands on with SQL/Unix.

Hands on with VB/Power Query/Python.

Experience on monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M .

Well versed with basic support processes like incident management.

Working experience of ServiceNow or similar tool.

Having Capital Markets exposure is highly preferred and Regulatory reporting experience would be great.  

Strong written and Oral communication.

Self driven with high accountability standards.
