As an Associate Vice President/Senior Associate at TrustOne Partners, you will be a key contributor to our wealth management division, focusing on developing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients. You will offer comprehensive financial solutions across mutual funds (MF), portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), fixed-income products, bonds, and more. The role requires a blend of advisory expertise, proactive client engagement, and in-depth knowledge of India's regulatory requirements in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

·  Identify, prospect, and onboard new HNI and affluent clients.

· Actively engage with existing clients to understand their financial goals, provide personalized advice, and nurture long-term partnerships.

Investment Advisory & Product Management

· Recommend and manage portfolios across a diverse range of products including MF, PMS, AIF, fixed income instruments, and bonds.

· Monitor market trends, product performance, and economic indicators to optimize portfolio strategies for individual client goals.

Regulatory Compliance & Certifications

·  Ensure strict adherence to SEBI guidelines and other statutory regulations.

· Maintain mandatory certifications such as NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) and NISM Series XXI-A (PMS), staying updated with recertification requirements as needed

Portfolio Review & Reporting

· Conduct regular portfolio reviews to track client investment performance and risk exposure.

· Provide transparent, data-driven reports and market insights to keep clients informed and engaged.

Team Collaboration

· Coordinate with product specialists, research analysts, and operations teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.

· Collaborate with senior management to refine value propositions and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field). An MBA, CA,CFA, CFP qualification is a plus.
  • Certifications
    :
  • NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors)
  • NISM Series XXI-A (PMS)
  • Wealth Management Expertise
    : Work experience between 4-15 years. In-depth understanding of MF, PMS, AIF, fixed income, and other investment products.
  • Relationship-Building
    : Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales/asset targets.
  • Analytical Skills
    : Ability to interpret and analyse market research, financial statements, and portfolio data.
  • Communication & Presentation
    : Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. 
    Fluency in English, Hindi alongside a regional language is a plus.
  • Regulatory Awareness
    : Familiarity with SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and compliance frameworks in wealth management.
