Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Manager located in Rewa. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day collection activities, managing the collection team, ensuring timely collections, maintaining relationships with customers, and implementing strategies to minimize overdue accounts. The role also includes analyzing collection reports, and performance, and preparing periodic reports for the management.

Qualifications

• Experience in collection management and working with collection teams
• Strong analytical skills for preparing and analyzing collection reports
• Customer relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement effective strategies for minimizing overdue accounts and timely collections
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
