We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our website content, manage our search engine strategy, and help grow our organic search presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities based on trends and analytics.
  • Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, headings, alt text, and structured data.
  • Audit websites for technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Optimize content for search engines and collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Track, report, and present SEO performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with website analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of paid search (PPC) is a plus.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
