Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida, India, for a Gem Portal Specialist. The role includes day-to-day responsibilities such as managing and updating listings on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, handling vendor registrations, assisting with procurement processes, and ensuring all vendor documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with government rules and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports, tracking orders, and addressing queries to support business operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling online portals, particularly the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, and experience in vendor registration and management.
  • Manage and execute all activities related to tenders on the GeM Portal.
  • Prepare and upload bids, proposals, and documentation as per tender requirements.
  • Track tender opportunities and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Maintain tender records and ensure compliance with government norms.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills, with an understanding of compliance and procurement processes.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of government procurement norms and industry practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
