General Summary:

The Construction Schedule Analyst will assist in the development of project schedules as well as create Monthly Project Schedule reports using P6. This position will also involve collecting and routinely updating historical data that will be used to improve future budget and schedule performance and accuracy. The position will also ensure the adherence to construction SOP practices, as well as communication with project site teams via email and teleconferencing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in the development of project schedules.
  • Assist the Scheduling Manager and project teams in identifying and adding definition to key milestones and WBS standards of each project schedule within P6.
  • Use P6 to prepare monthly project schedule comparison reports.
  • Ensure adherence to construction SOP practices.
  • Update and maintain historical schedule data database.
  • Work with project site teams as necessary.

Education Requirements:

  • BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience Requirement:

  • 2+ years of project scheduling and analysis required.

Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • Basic residential building construction knowledge.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of multidiscipline projects.

Software Skills Required:

  • Intermediate: Primavera P6 required
  • Intermediate: Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint and others as needed required.

English Proficiency:

  • Employee will need to be able to read and understand technical language within Schedule Narratives and project schedules. Employee will also need to be able to communicate well in English Language (verbal and written) with project teams.
