Data Analyst

We're looking for a hybrid QA + Data Analyst to join our growing team and bridge the critical gap in data validation and quality assurance.You'll be working at the heart of our data onboarding pipeline, ensuring that what goes in—and more importantly, what comes out—is clean, consistent, and ready to power the consumer experience.

Experience:

• 4+ Years

Qualification:

• Solid understanding of data lifecycle, with hands-on experience in:
  
  1:Data profiling, assessment, and cleansing
  
  2:Data validation and verification
  
  3:Writing test cases and QA documentation

• Familiarity with ETL pipelines, structured data flows, and validation at each stage.

• Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or Python(any BI tools is a plus).

• Experience or exposure to AI-based data enrichment is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Dev teams.
• Willingness to learn custom-built platforms and 3rd-party integration tools like Flxpoint and Rithum.

Responsibilities for this Positions:

• Perform end-to-end quality assurance on supplier data—from ingestion to enrichment to final output.

• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to define data quality KPIs and validation benchmarks

• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, validation, and cataloging across various supplier feeds.

• Write and execute test cases for datasets, transformations, and outputs.

• Work closely with AI-based enrichment pipelines and ETL processes to validate automated enhancements.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data before it reaches internal/external consumers.

• Identify root causes of data discrepancies and drive continuous improvement efforts.

• Support onboarding of new suppliers and integrators, Mapping Data by assessing data readiness and quality.

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on data quality status and issues.

• BCA/MCA, BSC IT / MSC IT , B.E- CS/ME-CS, B.Tech IT, PGDC IT, MBA-IT, Any graduate in IT (Computer), Phd (computer).
