Roles & Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience is a must as a core Business Analyst in an IT firm.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals, objectives, and requirements
• Experience in presales activities
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Should have hands-on experience with various wireframe tools.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus among stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended value.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing best practices and assisting in their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• The candidate should have worked on projects involving the implementation of the e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in business process modelling, requirements management tools, and project management software.
