Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pizza Chef, based in Gurugram. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking Neapolitan and New York Style pizzas, crafting a variety of sauces, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and assisting in food and beverage operations. The role requires maintaining high-quality ingredients and bringing innovative ideas to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
  • Proficiency in crafting and perfecting Sauces
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices in food services
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Creativity and passion for cooking, especially with pizza recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or Culinary Arts training is a plus
