We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead our brands organic growth across all major platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content strategies, planning and executing engaging campaigns, and creating platform-specific content that resonates with our audience. The primary goal is to increase views, engagement, and community presence organically, while ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence across channels. You will act as the brands voice on social media and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing and business goals.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Lead content strategy and planning: build monthly/quarterly calendars aligned with campaigns and brand goals.
  • Create, oversee, and optimize high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, threads, infographics, etc.).
  • Drive organic growth in views, impressions, and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver consistent, compelling content.
  • Manage the end-to-end content process: ideation planning creation scheduling optimization.
  • Actively engage with communities: respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and participate in groups/forums.
  • Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to refine strategy.
  • Track KPIs (views, reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth) and report insights with recommendations.
  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and compliance across all social platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Reddit community building and LinkedIn thought-leadership content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, blogs, and content integration.
  • Ability to identify and leverage trends, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize organic reach.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in social media management focused on organic growth.
  • Strong expertise in content strategy, planning, and creation.
  • Proven ability to increase organic views, engagement, and community reach.
  • Skilled with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with creative flair.
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on data.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
