ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understanding job requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to comprehend the specific skills, experience, and qualifications needed for open IT positions.
- Translate technical needs into effective talent search criteria, considering nuances of the US job market.
2. Sourcing and attracting talent
- Utilize job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, along with platforms like LinkedIn and specialized IT forums, to find potential candidates.
- Create and execute engaging recruitment strategies, potentially including personalized outreach to passive candidates.
- Maintain a robust network of qualified IT professionals and engage in networking events or career fairs.
3. Screening and evaluating candidates
