Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of sourcing experience in the North American (US/Canada) market
  • Strong command of English (100%)
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Jobvite (optional)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and collaboration tools like Teams/Webex

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source relevant profiles using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Review and share suitable profiles aligned with job descriptions.
  • Submit shortlisted candidates to the Client recruitment team for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate with the Client on JD calibration calls to better understand hiring needs.
