We're Hiring: Software Sales & Implementation Executive (1-3 Years Experience)

We're seeking a driven Sales & Implementation Executive to fuel our growth by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring successful client onboarding. Join us in transforming how labs operate with efficiency and precision
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including labs, industries, and research institutes.
- Conduct compelling product demos and deliver effective end-user training.
- Lead cold emailing and calling initiatives to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and handle follow-ups.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software or IT sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable with client visits, field sales, and occasional travel.
- Prior experience in LIMS, ERP, or similar software solutions is a significant plus
