Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Front Office / Reception / Administrative support)
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Attend incoming phone calls, screen, and forward them to the appropriate person/department.
- Direct visitors to the concerned person/office and ensure proper visitor log maintenance.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and well-stocked with stationery and materials.
- Provide accurate information in person, over phone, and via email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle vendors and service providers for front office requirements.
- Maintain stock and order office/front desk supplies.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and assist in travel/accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain office expense records and prepare vouchers.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Key Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in front office/reception.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls, guests, vendors, and housekeeping staff effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
