We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President -Responsible Investment Specialist; Asset and Wealth Management     

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main port of call to answer global Resposnsible Investment related client queries and support client services/Request for Proposal/ Responsible Investment teams within inbound client related requests.
• Support Request for Proposal and Responsible Investment teams with  Request for Proposal opportunities, client queries, and maintenance/application of standard Request for Proposal content
• Maintain and oversee the efficient workflow of Responsible Investment client related opportunities/request, to ensure timely response times as well as strong stakeholder engagement.
• Provide key Management Information updates to Responsible Investment Specialist leadership to illustrate client trends, number and nature of requests and inform development areas to meet client expectations/requirements.
• Support RI specialists with key strategic projects including governance, value proposition development, inputs into maintenance and monitoring of portfolios and other related areas to support client development/experience.
• Support key stakeholders/teams on relevant trainings, particularly as it relates to client related areas

Qualifications

• Highly organized, experienced in planning workloads against the background of changing priorities and tight timelines
• Strong project management skills, managing the prioritization of competing demands from different stakeholders across different jurisdictions with tight timeframe
• Self-motivated/starter and learner with strong interest in Sustainable investing, Environmental and Social Governance and Responsible Investment
• Staying abreast of the fast- changing Responsible Investment environment both within and outside the firm
• Experience in Stewardship
• Traditional assets (e.g. fixed income, listed equities, multi-assets, liquidity, etc) proposal management experience is preferred
• The ideal candidate will be an individual with financial services experience, preferably experience in similarly situated roles / client services areas for an asset management company, and preferably with experience in Environmental and Social Governance related activities.
• Strong interest in Environmental and Social Governance issues with foundational knowledge, as they relate to asset management and asset owners.
• Asset Management/ Asset owner experience is needed
