Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in the BPO industry. Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive communication. Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Requirements:Previous experience in the BPO industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
