Madurai, About the Role:We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives, Store Executives, and Mobile/Laptop Technicians for leading mobile and electronics retail and manufacturing brands across South India.If you have hands-on experience in mobile or laptop manufacturing, sales, or service, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a reputed organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:For Customer Relationship Executive / Store Executive:Attend to walk-in customers, explain product features & offersManage in-store sales, billing, and customer follow-upsMaintain store display, inventory, and daily sales reportsEnsure excellent customer experience and satisfaction

For Mobile & Laptop Technician: Diagnose and repair mobile phones and laptops (hardware/software). Replace faulty components and ensure quality serviceMaintain service records and inventory of spare partsCoordinate with store team for device testing and deliveryMaintain service reports after every appointment. Collaborates with managers and other service techniciansAdheres to safety regulations and industry standards.

Candidate Requirements:Must have experience (1–3 years) in mobile/laptop manufacturing or retail environmentGood communication & customer handling skillsBasic technical knowledge for techniciansImmediate joiners preferred

Location : Kanyakumari, Madurai, Coimbatore, Salem, Tiruchirapalli, Kannur, Tiruvanantapuram

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
