Role Objective:

To lead and manage the organizations HR and administrative functions with focus on talent acquisition, labour law compliance, and infrastructure governance. The HR & Admin will ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with business goals, statutory obligations are met across all sites, and administrative operations run smoothly to support organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Represent HR in board meetings, audits, and strategic reviews.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members across locations.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Drive manpower planning and forecasting in coordination with department heads.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build employer branding through campus hiring, job fairs, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment KPIs: TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and attrition analysis.

Labour Law Compliance & Statutory Governance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, etc.
  • Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation as per regulatory timelines.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and government bodies for inspections, audits, and dispute resolution.
  • Stay updated on amendments in labour legislation and implement necessary policy changes.

Administration & Infrastructure Management

  • Supervise general administration including office facilities, housekeeping, security, and transport.
  • Manage vendor contracts, AMC renewals, and service-level agreements.
  • Oversee asset management, stationery, and logistics across locations.
  • Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with environmental norms.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations for infrastructure support and upgrades.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, R&R initiatives, and welfare schemes.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution..
  • Promote a culture of compliance, transparency, and performance.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate internal/external L&D programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain skill development records.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory frameworks
  • Strong recruitment strategy and execution capabilities
  • Administrative planning and vendor management expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
  • Multilingual fluency: English, Hindi, Marathi preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters in HR / Personnel Management / Labour Law (MPM / MBA / MSW)
  • 1015 years of progressive HR & Admin experience,
  • Experience in multi-location operations and compliance-heavy environments preferred
