Roles And Responsibilities
- Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions, and establish metrics for success
- Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution, such as data migration, integration, and custom development
- Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
- Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development
- Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.
- Create and maintain development and integration plans
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Any JavaScript framework like LWC, React Js, or Angular JS.
- Knowledge of Server Side languages like java, PHP, python, Nodejs
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL
- Must have worked on any live project or have created a project
Soft Skills
- Team Player

Ready to work on new technology like cloud computing(Salesforce)
