Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Fresher)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in a leading UK-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with outstanding English communication skills to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Evening Shift) Working Days: 5 days a week (rotational) Location: Chandigarh / Panchkula

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from UK customers, providing them with accurate and efficient assistance.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer needs effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and details accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate from any stream (freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • A clear and confident phone voice with a neutral accent.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
