Urgent Hiring - Gerenal Manager/Assistant Gerenal Manager/ Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Maharashtra Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales & achieve targets for Solar & Battery division.
- Expand & manage distributor/dealer network.
- Develop & implement channel sales strategies.
- Lead & mentor ASMs/BDMs in the region.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis & demand forecasting.
- Build strong channel/customer relationships & ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts & ensure policy compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing.
- 8-12 years experience in channel sales (Solar/Battery/Power/Energy sector).
- Strong distributor management, negotiation & leadership skills.
- Good market knowledge, analytical & strategic thinking.
