Role Description

This is a full-time role for a State Collection Head for UP. The State Collection Head will oversee the debt collection operations, manage and lead the collections team, and develop strategies to optimize collection processes. The candidate will analyze data to improve collection performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role involves setting performance targets and providing training and support to team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Collections Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Team Management and Finance
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kanpur
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
