Sales Coordinator

Position Summary
We are looking for a smart and confident Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication with prospects, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and helping the sales team focus on building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Fix appointments with prospective clients at different levels from junior managers to CXOs
• Coordinate and follow up with prospects on calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Support the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and client documents
• Maintain and update client databases, trackers, and sales reports
• Assist in preparing Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, and PPTs for client and internal use
• Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure no opportunity is missed
• Coordinate with marketing for client-specific campaigns
• Assist in organising client visits, demos, and events
Skills & Qualifications
• Female graduate with 24 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram; Canva skills will be an added advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
