Your Role:

As an architect at Esco International, you'll be a key player in our creative journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing architectural projects from inception to delivery.

Ensuring designs meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability.

Mentoring and guiding junior architects to foster their growth and development.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in Revit.

Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

A deep passion for innovative architecture and sustainable design.
