Job description

  • Drive branch sales and profitability by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, architects, builders, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory, billing, and overall branch efficiency.
  • Ensure optimal product display, stock availability, and adherence to company brand standards.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze results, and submit timely reports to management.
  • Manage cost control, cash flow, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer trust.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
