Senior Technical Program Manager

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a passion for e-commerce, strong teamwork and delivery skills, and a global mindset to help shape the future of consumer commerce.

As a TPM in our Consumer Commerce team, you will drive the development and delivery of catalog ingestion-related capabilities and tools that power customer experiences and catalog definition and ingestion capabilities for commerce. You'll work closely with engineering teams across geographies, including India, North America, Asia, and Europe, to ensure scalable, privacy-compliant solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with empathy, and delivers with precision.

• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and contribute to data roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable, reliable, and privacy-compliant data solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and measurable impact.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings across time zones, including early-morning or late-night hours when necessary.
• Contribute and execute product strategy for catalog ingestion-related capabilities across consumer commerce.
• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing initiatives.
• Work directly with global partners to support relationship building, requirement gathering, and feature delivery.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in product or technical program management, preferably in back end or commerce systems.
• 1+ years of experience working with external clients on support and feature delivery.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical products and systems.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a bias for action and problem-solving.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to flex working hours to accommodate global stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in consumer subscription, commerce, or service infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and internal tools.
• Prior experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
• Understanding of privacy, compliance, and data governance principles.
