Key Responsibilities:

  • Run errands in person within India as required (basic local and logistical requirements, e.g. attending banks/agencies for OTC filings, collecting purchases from suppliers, organising couriers, etc.
  • Coordinate local appointments, bookings, or task follow-ups
  • Assist with other administrative or operational tasks requiring physical presence
  • Communicate clearly and promptly regarding task status and completion
  • For paralegal will help with government agency matters, e.g. MCA office address change issue.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with background in Administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Based in India with the ability to travel locally for in-person tasks
  • Previous experience as a freelance paralegal or personal assistant is a plus
  • Access to basic tech tools (email, messaging, scanning apps, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹ ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
