About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, and the ability to handle clients effectively. This role demands strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage client communications, understand their business objectives, and provide strategic SEO recommendations.
  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking for better search engine performance.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly SEO performance reports for clients with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, link building, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience in client communication, reporting, and strategy presentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and social media marketing is a plus.
