The SEO Specialist will own and execute end-to-end organic growth strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The role is responsible for improving search visibility, driving high-intent organic traffic, and strengthening domain authority.
This position requires hands-on execution, analytical depth, and a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword behavior, and content-led organic growth.2. Key Objectives

Improve conversion rates and organic lead generation.
Strengthen website health through structured technical optimization.
Enhance content quality and search relevance across all web assets.
Build long-term SEO assets that support brand growth and revenue.3. Core Responsibilities (5–7)
Perform regular keyword research, competitive analysis, and SERP audits to identify growth opportunities.
Execute on-page optimization for website pages, landing pages, blogs, and product content.
Manage technical SEO activities including site structure optimization, schema markup, page speed improvements, and crawl/index checks.
Drive off-page SEO initiatives such as high-quality backlink acquisition, brand mentions, and digital PR coordination.
Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Collaborate with content, design, product, and development teams to ensure SEO alignment across all initiatives.
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement corrective actions to maintain website health and ranking stability.4. Must-Have Skills (Technical & Soft)Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
Hands-on experience with schema markup, canonical tags, sitemaps, , and crawl optimization.
Deep understanding of ranking factors, E-E-A-T, and algorithm updates.
Ability to analyze log files, core web vitals, and page speed metrics.
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS).Soft Skills
