Job Opportunity Senior Accounts Executive

We have openings for Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) / CMA (Inter/Final) professionals / B Com / M Com.


• If CA Inter – must have completed article ship with 2 years of post-article ship

experience.


• If CMA – up to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Position Overview :


• We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing team.


• The ideal candidate should have completed CA Inter or CMA Inter along with article

ship/industrial training.


• Should possess 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in corporates or firms.


• Responsible for end-to-end accounting processes and compliance management.


• Preference will be given to candidates with long-term commitment and in the age

group of 28–35 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Accounting


• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including journal entries, ledger

maintenance, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.


• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure timely closure of monthly and

annual accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards.

  1. Taxation Compliance


• Handle Direct & Indirect Tax compliance – GST monthly filings, annual returns, TDS,

and Income Tax filings.


• Support tax planning and audits to ensure statutory compliance.

  1. Audit Support


• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.


• Prepare required documentation, schedules, and supporting reports.

  1. MIS Reporting


• Generate and analyze financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance

Analysis.


• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

  1. Client Management


• Interact with clients to understand accounting and compliance needs.


• Resolve client queries and provide timely, effective solutions.

  1. Regulatory Compliance


• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory guidelines, and internal

policies.


• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.


• Deliver all statutory tasks within timelines in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. CA Inter or CMA Inter (ICWA Inter) with completed article ship.

  2. 2–5 years of relevant post-article ship / industry experience in accounting and

taxation.

  1. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting

standards.

  1. Hands-on experience in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software.

  2. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite.

  3. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  6. Good client management and interpersonal skills.
