Role Overview:
We're looking for
Full Stack Developers
who can build high-performing, secure, and scalable digital solutions. The role demands expertise in
Laravel (PHP)
for backend development, with

required for senior candidates to lead frontend delivery. You'll play a key part in shaping WomanCart's e-commerce experience by creating seamless user journeys, robust integrations, and efficient systems. This is a hands-on role where collaboration with product, design, and business teams is crucial to deliver results that balance user needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Delivery

  • Build, maintain, and scale web applications using
    Laravel (PHP)
    as the core framework.
  • Develop and integrate
    RESTful APIs
    to support seamless product and user flows.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Ensure clean, modular, and well-documented code for long-term growth.

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric digital experiences.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with platform goals.
  • Senior Role:
    Take ownership of project delivery, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices across the stack.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of
    Laravel
    with understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases like
    MySQL
    (MongoDB a plus).
  • Senior Role:
    Hands-on experience in

    to build scalable, responsive frontends.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment processes.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

What We're Looking For
