Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-2 year of hands-on experience to drive our social media strategy. In this role, you'll manage content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Your work will focus on building brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering trust in our AI-driven health solutions while adhering to healthcare marketing regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance). This is a full-time, remote-friendly position reporting to the Head of Marketing, ideal for a proactive individual excited about health tech and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content calendars tailored to our AI medical platform, including educational posts, infographics, short videos, and live sessions on topics like AI diagnostics and patient data privacy.

  • Manage daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and LinkedIn: Create engaging posts, respond to comments/DMs, and collaborate with influencers in the health tech space.

  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns to promote platform features, webinars, and lead magnets, optimizing for audience segments such as physicians, nurses, and health tech enthusiasts.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics; track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and ROI, and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure all social content aligns with our brand voiceinnovative, empathetic, and trustworthywhile ensuring compliance with medical advertising guidelines.

  • Monitor industry trends in AI healthcare and social media algorithms to innovate strategies, such as leveraging TikTok for quick AI explainer videos or LinkedIn for B2B thought leadership.

  • Support event promotions (e.g., virtual health tech summits) and user-generated content initiatives to build community loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management (agency, startup, or in-house roles in health/tech preferred).

  • Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement (e.g., portfolio of campaigns with 10%+ growth metrics).

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.

  • Basic understanding of paid social advertising (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling, audience-appropriate content in the health sector.

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple platforms and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health tech, AI, or medical marketing, including familiarity with regulations like HIPAA or GDPR.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM basics to integrate social efforts with broader digital strategies.

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Social Media).
