About the Role:

We're seeking a Collection Executive to join our Operations team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing fee collections, payment reconciliations, and customer coordination. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely collection processes across multiple payment platforms.

What You'll do:

  • Manage daily fee collections and reconciliations via payment gateways, POS, and offline modes (cash/cheque).
  • Track pending payments and follow up with students/parents for timely submissions.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports for collections, outstanding dues, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Center Operations teams for issue resolution.
  • Verify transactions, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Handle payment failure escalations and gateway disputes efficient
  • Support monthly audits and assist in financial reconciliations.

What We're Looking for:

  • Educat
    ion: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • Experie
    nce: 2–4 years in collections, reconciliation, or payment operations (preferably in EdTech, BFSI, or Payment Gateway environments.
  • Strong understanding of online payment systems and reconciliation workflow.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, or similar payment gateways.
  • Exposure to ERP or CRM tools for collection tracking and reporting.
