Role Description

This full-time position as a Senior Sales Manager is based on-site in Jaipur. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach by consistently identifying and converting sales opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, mentoring the sales team, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The role requires effective communication and leadership skills to excel in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, including business development, lead generation, and revenue management
  • Proven ability in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), client engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and goal-setting abilities for managing sales pipelines effectively
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing, mentoring, and motivating sales teams
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and market analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in luxury resorts, real estate, or high-value investment sectors is an advantage
