Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Central Order Processing Executive/Sr. Executive at mCaffeine, overseeing and managing end-to-end order processing for the personal care product line. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the smooth handling of customer orders, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across functions. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate incoming orders for completeness and accuracy. - Manage Order Fulfillment and Order processing, accurately entering order details into the processing system or Excel. - Monitor and track orders throughout the fulfillment cycle, from entry to delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely processing and dispatch. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone. - Investigate and resolve order-related issues or quality discrepancies in a timely manner. - Generate and share performance reports on order processing with relevant stakeholders. - Identify process gaps continuously and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in Order Processing, Fulfillment, Delivery Management, with Marketplace experience being mandatory. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - Familiarity with inventory/order tracking systems, with essential experience in Quick Commerce platforms. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
