Job role: Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and strategically manage the social media platforms to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth. He/ She have to create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction and increase the reach to the customers through various social media platforms.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication or other field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in social media marketing with good knowledge.
• Must have worked with any US based E-commerce company like Amazon, Walmart etc.
• Excellent English speaking skills and good understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Multi-tasking and good time management skills with the ability to face challenges and work smartly.
• Must have the product based experience.
• Expert to create sale funnels and increase the revenue growth of the company.
• Ability to understand the customer's need quickly and present accordingly.
• Manage the all social media platforms of the company with full responsibility and honesty and run the Ads campaigns In USA.
• Good knowledge of Web Design, Web Development, CRO, SEO.
• Expert in Social media marketing, Performance marketing, Content Writing, Good Add words, Google Analytics, Google Adds, Meta Adds, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social media Adds & Campaigns, Brand Awareness, Shopify Add campaigns, Copyrighting, Re-Marketing, Lead Generation through various social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Twitch, HubSpot, Pinterest and Snapchat etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Set up and optimize company's various social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Increase the revenue growth of the (US Based) company through social media marketing methods.
• To run the various Ads campaigns in USA such as Google Ads, Meta Adds, Shopify campaigns etc.
• To develop and regularly advertise with needful content on the various social media handles and pages of the company such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Twitch, HubSpot, Pinterest and Snapchat and increase the customer reach and revenue growth in US.
• Create the sale funnels and helps in the lead generation through social media marketing.
