About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels, polls, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native analytics platforms
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
  • Assist in influencer outreach, partnerships, and user-generated content strategies
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms and their respective best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools .
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
