This position is responsible for the implementation of various projects and enhancement requests from ICC, Hyderabad.  This position will work closely with Global ERP Portfolio & Program Management for requirements, initiatives, and strategies and will report the status of work products, timelines and efforts pertaining to enhancements requests and projects on a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

•    Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensuring that project goals are met within specified time and budget constraints.

•    Team Management: Building and leading a team of SAP professionals, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams. Ensuring that team members are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals.

•    Communication and Stakeholder Management: Establishing clear communication channels with stakeholders, including Business Partners, management, and team members. Regularly updating stakeholders on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.

•    Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Monitoring project risks and taking corrective action as necessary.

•    Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet established quality standards. Conducting regular quality reviews and making necessary adjustments to project plans and processes.

•    Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Communicating changes to stakeholders and ensuring that all team members are informed and able to adapt.

•    Knowledge Management: Managing project documentation and knowledge transfer. Ensuring that project information is properly documented and accessible to team members and stakeholders.

•    Experience in managing SAP ECC and S4 HANA Projects E-2-E (SAP S/4 HANA Cloud delivery experience will be an added advantage).

Adherence to SAP project management methodologies and standards and best practices.    30% 
Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and other business partners to gather the required inputs for the project design and ensure alignment with the organizational goals.    25% 
Coordinating with teams showing excellent leadership and collaborative skills, lead and motivate the cross functional/technical teams for the effective project management.    25%
Good understanding of SAP Functional & Technical Modules along with the overall integrated systems for effective project management.    20%
    

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities.  Include any external interactions as appropriate.

•    Collaborating with different ERP/Non-ERP tracks/teams for assessing the project scope and design requirements. Working with various module leads for the project planning activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.

•    Establish strong relationship with the business partners and business/customer stakeholders for effective stakeholder communication and management.

•    Effectively managing the combination of teams with colleagues, project partner resource external implementation partners and aligning the same with the organizational goals. 

•    Agility in foresing the project risks and aligning with the right teams for mitigating the risk effects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).
Education:

•    Bachelor's or master's in any field, preferably IT related field.

•    PMP or any equivalent certification if preferred.

•    Any SAP Module certification is an added advantage (not desirable). 
Experience:

• years in SAP field including SAP Project Management/Any SAP Module experience.

•    Strong experience in scalable experience in handling projects in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and external applications.

•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

•    Extensive experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.

•    Good knowledge in Project Management Methodologies like waterfall, Scrum and Agile etc.

•    Fair knowledge in Project Management Software like MS office, JIRA, Service Now etc.

•    Good understanding of the SAP Functional modules, familiarity with Newgen SAP Versions like S/4HANA, migration from ECC to S/4HANA.

•    Fair understanding about the SAP landscape architecture like system landscape and integration tools.

•    Fair knowledge on Data Migration management and Security and Authorization management.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
