About the Project

The Hare Krishna Cultural Center (HKCC) is a landmark spiritual and cultural initiative by the ISKCON Bangalore Group in Jaipur.

HKCC in Gupt Vrindavan Dham, Jaipur is under construction and will be ready in May 2027. It is a 4,50,000 sq feet construction spread over 6 acres in a prime plot in Jagatpura, Jaipur. It's going to be the biggest temple & Cultural center in Rajasthan.

This project envisions a grand temple complex and cultural hub that will serve as a beacon of Vedic heritage, spirituality, and community service.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to support the temple's IT department. The role primarily involves execution and implementation of IT-related tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, assets, and systems. The person will manage IT assets, support end-users, handle troubleshooting of hardware/software issues, coordinate with vendors, and provide on-ground execution for IT projects. This role requires strong practical skills in hardware, networking, and AV systems, along with the ability to manage day-to-day IT operations efficiently.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. IT Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain and update IT asset records (laptops, desktops, accessories, AV equipment, etc.).
• Procure IT equipment, spare parts, and accessories as per requirements.
• Allocate and issue IT assets to staff/users with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely upgrades and replacements of hardware/software.

2. User Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-line support for user issues related to Windows, MS Office, basic applications, and printers.
• Format and reinstall Windows OS when required.
• Handle troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide assistance for AV equipment (projectors, speakers, microphones).

3. Hardware Maintenance & Upgrades

• Assemble, disassemble, and repair desktop PCs and laptops.
• Install and upgrade hardware components (RAM, SSDs, graphic cards, processors, etc.).
• Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment to avoid downtime.

4. CCTV & Networking Support

• Coordinate with vendors for CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper laying and functioning of network cables (with electrician support).
• Perform basic configuration of network switches, routers, and firewalls (advanced configurations handled by senior admin).
• Monitor uptime and report issues proactively.

5. Vendor Coordination & Project Execution

• Liaise with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely completion.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support/admin.

6. Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain records of IT purchases, warranties, and repairs.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
• Ensure proper handover and logging of IT assets.

7. Backup & Security Assistance

• Support in taking regular data backups as per policy.
• Ensure basic endpoint security measures (antivirus updates, OS patching).
• Assist in maintaining compliance with temple IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Experience in CCTV systems, AV equipment (projectors, speakers, etc.).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage IT inventory.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach to execution.
