MMB IT Solutions, a fast-growing IT and software company, is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Tele Caller to join our dynamic sales and support team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to convert leads into business opportunities, and a passion for delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT services & software solutions.
  • Follow up with leads, understand their requirements, and convert them into qualified prospects.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Train and guide junior tele callers when required.
  • Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and sales data in CRM/Excel.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a tele caller or in a similar role (preferably in IT / service industry).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operation, email writing, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and results-driven mindset.

Education:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification.
