Job Summary: 

Should be security trainings cleared. Understand and work with all regulatory requirements. Customer focused and should be able to work in all security related work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional responsibilities:

  • Maintain standards as per Company requirements.
  • Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
  • Achieve department goals and follow up. 
  • Perform duties as per the Security Programme
  • Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift.
  • Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance.
  • Secure quality levels
  • Aware of Emergency Response Procedures, rules, and regulations 
  • Acquire and maintain necessary skills required to perform job functions.
  • Control theft and pilferage of company property

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • To maintain files and log sheets
  • Give inputs for training requirements.
  • Updating of manuals and local procedures
  • Ensure competent and qualified work force are detailed for duty
  • Verify Invoices

Required Skills and Experience:

Functional 

  • Day to day security functions at airport.
  • Communication skills.
  • Customer focused.

Behavioral / Leadership

  • Should work well with team members.
  • Follow instructions of seniors and abide by security guidelines.

Good to Have:

  • MS Office knowledge
  • AVSEC and Screener certification

Educational Qualifications:

  • Should be a Graduate
