We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist (Freelancer) to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving qualified leads, increasing ROI, and effectively managing ad budgets to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Setup:

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Keyword Research & Targeting:

Conduct detailed keyword analysis, audience segmentation, and competitor research to maximize ad performance.

  • Ad Copy & Creative Optimization:

Write compelling ad copies, perform A/B testing, and ensure creatives align with brand tone and conversion goals.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor key campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead conversion rate, ensuring campaign goals are met.

  • Budget & Bid Management:

Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve the best ROI while minimizing wasted spend.

  • Lead Generation Focus:

Optimize campaigns for lead quality, not just volume — aligning with business development and growth goals.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

  • Continuous Optimization:

Stay updated with platform updates, pricing models, and digital advertising trends to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, CPC/CPA/ROAS metrics, and ad campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver result-oriented outcomes

Compensation:

Freelance / Project-Based — Payment will be based on project scope, performance, and results achieved.
