Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate client needs into actionable technical

requirements and project plans & document all client discussions and articulate the

requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

  • Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to develop solutions and strategies as

needed.

  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, such as functional specification

documents (FSD) and process workflow.

  • Oversee the technical delivery process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and

quality standards.

  • Design and create flowcharts, and relevant documentation of requirements for the

business team, developers and QA.

  • Daily standups and updates, facilitating effective communication and alignment within

the team.

  • As a Business Analyst,you will be representing the client's interests and ensuring that

project deliverables meet their expectations.

  • Participating in user acceptance testing and ensuring successful implementation of

projects.

  • Continuously improving business processes and identifying areas for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong Presentation and documentation skills, with a track record of successfully

achieving project goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage

with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Proven experience in business analysis, client engagement, and technical delivery

(B2B/SAAS/ Software Services Industry experience preferred)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on

delivering results.
