Position: Badminton Coach

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Badminton Coach to guide and train aspiring players. The coach will be responsible for developing players' skills and preparing them for competitive-level performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured training sessions for beginner and intermediate-level players.
  • Create customized coaching plans to enhance technical and tactical skills.
  • Monitor athlete performance and track progress.
  • Promote a safe, encouraging, and disciplined training environment.
  • Collaborate with the academy for organizing tournaments and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of coaching experience.
  • National/state-level playing experience preferred.
  • Coaching certification from BAI/SAI or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
  • Passion for youth development in sports.

Salary: As per Industry standards

Position: Table Tennis Coach

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Table Tennis Coach to lead training programs for players across all levels. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and expertise in player development, tournament preparation, and strategic coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced-level training modules.
  • Train and mentor players for state, national, and international competitions.
  • Offer technical, tactical, and mental conditioning guidance.
  • Evaluate individual athlete performance and provide feedback.
  • Plan and coordinate events, trials, and camps.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7-8 years of coaching experience with a strong track record.
  • Former national/international player preferred.
  • Certified coach from TTFI/SAI or recognized authority.
  • Proven experience in coaching medal-winning athletes.
  • Leadership and strategic planning abilities.
