About the team:

We're a small team with big ideas. Think of us as the lovechild of strategy and chaos — where campaigns are bold, captions have sass, and coffee is consumed like it's a competitive sport. We have built a brand that speaks human, and we're looking for a fellow rebel to join the squad where the Marketing Intern will support day-to-day brand and community initiatives for Luna

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and reviews on social media, Reddit, and other platforms.

  • Handle concerns and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and in Luna's brand voice.

  • Identify potential risks or issues in online discussions and flag them to the team & proactively recommend potential solutions. 

  • Support the Brand Manager in maintaining consistent customer communication across ongoing campaigns.

  • Help maintain a positive and trustworthy online brand image.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented while dealing with upset customers.

  • Attention to detail and responsiveness.

  • Understanding of social media and online communities- Reddit is a must. 

  • Interest in health, wellness, or tech is a plus..
